Conveniently located on the main campus of Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic, Health First Family Medicine is an attractive alternative for individuals seeking preventative and ongoing healthcare for themselves, their children... or even their parents. Dr. Azfar Ahmed is Board Certified in Family Medicine and works with the Health First team to assure that each individual they serve receives attentive, high-quality, clinically excellent care in an environment that is both comfortable and efficient.
Health First Family Medicine is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to Noon and 1:00 to 4:30 pm. Saturday hours can be arranged in advance - and may involve being seen at PalMac Medical Center, another Hospital-operated family practice located in Macedon.
Patients in need of testing, imaging or prescriptions will enjoy on-site access to these and other services.
Health First is accepting new patients. The practice does accept Medicare, Medicaid and many other insurances for payment.
If you wish to become a patient of Health First, you need to complete and return a New Patient Packet. You can request one over the phone by calling 315.462.1550. The packet must be completed and returned before Health First can schedule your first appointment. Bringing your insurance identfication card(s) and a form of payment can save you time at your first appointment.
