Conveniently located just east of Macedon on NYS Route 31, Canal Park Family Medicine is an attractive alternative for individuals seeking preventative and ongoing healthcare for themselves, their children... or even their parents. Dr. Eddy Laroche and the Canal Park team assure that each individual they serve receives attentive, high-quality, clinically excellent care in an environment that is both comfortable and efficient.
Canal Park Family Medicine is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to Noon and 1:00 to 4:30 pm. Patients in need routine medical care, lab testing, diabetes education or physical therapy will enjoy on-site access to these and other services. Saturday hours can be arranged in advance - and may involve being seen at Health First Family Medicine on our Hospital's Main Campus in Clifton Springs.
Canal Park is accepting new patients. The practice does accept Medicare, Medicaid and many other insurances for payment.
If you wish to become a patient of Canal Park Family Medicine, you need to complete and return a New Patient Packet. You can request one over the phone by calling 315.986.1336. The packet must be completed and returned before Health First can schedule your first appointment. Bringing your insurance identfication card(s) and a form of payment can save you time at your first appointment.
