Department: Alcohol Rehab I/P

Requirements: Minimum education requirement of
a Bachelor’s degree and CASAC. A minimum of
two years experience in an addiction treatment or
co-occurring disorders setting. Experience in
providing group counseling, educational
groups, recreational activities, individual
interventions and milieu management preferred.
Experience working with individuals with
co-occurring mental illness is highly desired.
The position does require the ability to work some standardized evening hours and a weekend rotation.

Requirements: Current NYS RN license and ACLS. IV conscious sedation training on the job. Proficient with IV skills. Able to wear lead and stand for long periods of time. Flexible with availability- must be able to work late on Mondays and other days as needed.

Requirements: NYS LPN license required. Must have extensive knowledge of EMR, Allscripts, EPIC. Experience in an outpatient setting, GI experience preferred.

Requirements: NYS RN license required. BLS, ACLS certification within 6 months of hire. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills needed. Must be a team player but also be able to work independently. ICU experience preferred. Telemetry experience acceptable and will train.

Successful completion of Coronary Care Course or Arrhythmia Competency. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills needed. Must be a team player but also be able to work independently. Emergency Room experience preferred, but will train.

Requirements: Current NYS RN license, medication proficiency, CPR required. One or more years experience in Med/Surg or Long Term Care.

C.N.A. – All Shifts                     

Department:  Nursing Home
Hours: Full time, Part time and Per diem, all shifts available.
Weekends: Every other required
Requirements: NYS CNA certification. 
Experience preferred.

Chief Clinical Dietician/Wellness Coordinator
Department: Food Service
Hours: Exempt 80 hours biweekly                  300-14
Weekends: On call rotation
Requirements: CDN Registration (or Registration eligible) and NYS Certification. B.S. Degree in Food & Nutrition, Masters Degree preferred. The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will provide direct patient care in LTC and acute care as needed. Oversee and lead the Clinical Nutrition staff and perform all supervisory related tasks. Implementation and oversight of the hospitals Wellness program and Community Service Plan. Good leadership, communication, computer and organizational skills needed

Occupational Therapist
Department: Rehab Services
Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly                   109-14
Weekends: Yes
Requirements: NYS Occupational Therapist License in good standing. Position will float between Acute Care and Nursing Home. Experience preferred.

Physical Therapist – Nursing Home

Medical Technologist - Evening

Respiratory Therapist

Requirements: NBRC Registered. Current NYS Respiratory Care Therapist License and BLS. One year of diverse experience preferred.

Massage Therapist
Department: The Springs
Hours: Per diem 0+ hours biweekly                       01-14
Hours: Part time 40 hours biweekly                       11-14
Weekends: Yes- 2nd & 3rd  Saturday of month
Requirements: NYS Massage Therapist license. Must be able to offer Relaxation/Swedish style massage, Deep tissue techniques and chair massage for a wide variety of clientele. Able to write appropriate SOAP notes for each session. Required to assist with other office and spa duties as needed. Advanced training/certification in other modalities a plus. Must be willing to learn signature treatments. Prior experience in retail, reception, business, marketing or health-related field a plus. 1-2 years experience as a massage therapist preferred.
