BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Crisis Specialist

Requirement: Masters or Doctoral Degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or other related behavioral health/human services field that provides licensure or certification consistent with OMH guidelines for a qualified health professional (QHP). Current BLS certification of Behavior Management Training within 90 days of hire. Experience in crisis intervention, counseling, and case management is beneficial but not required. Valid NYS driver’s license is required.

Primary Therapist                           
Department: Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly        119-13
Weekends: None
Requirements: Master’s degree and licensure as a Qualified Health Professional required (LCSW, LMSW or LMHC). Experience in an outpatient clinic setting including the provision of evaluations, individual psychotherapy and treatment planning preferred. In addition, service to those with co-occurring substance abuse disorders is strongly preferred.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner                            
Department: Behavioral Health
Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly       118-13

Requirements: ANCC credentialed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess and treat patients in co-located mental health and addictions recovery outpatient clinics. Interdisciplinary team work and treatment planning is a high priority. Experience with patients having co-occurring mental illness and addictions issues, along with successful experience on a multidisciplinary team is highly desirable.

Addictions Counselor

Requirements: Masters level QHP in addictions/mental health strongly preferred. Minimum associates degree in human services or related field and/or CASAC certification. Must be able to sit for CASAC exam within two years. Minimum one year experience working with dual diagnosis. Familiarity with DBT and family groups preferred.

Nursing Supervisor

Massage Therapist
Department: The Springs

Weekends: Yes- 2^nd & 3^rd  Saturday of month
Requirements: NYS Massage Therapist license. Must be able to offer Relaxation/Swedish style massage, Deep tissue techniques and chair massage for a wide variety of clientele. Able to write appropriate SOAP notes for each session. Required to assist with other office and spa duties as needed. Advanced training/certification in other modalities a plus. Must be willing to learn signature treatments. Prior experience in retail, reception, business, marketing or health-related field a plus. 1-2 years experience as a massage therapist preferred.
