Phlebotomist

Requirements: High School diploma/GED required. Prior experience as a phlebotomist preferred or prior experience in a health care setting a plus.

RN Care Manager
Department: Care Coordination
Hours: Full Time 80 hours biweekly           303-15
Requirements: Current NYS RN, BSN preferred. Previous discharge planning and utilization management preferred. PRI Certification required and knowledgeable in Interqual Criteria. 3-4 Acute care experience, proven skill set with previous work history. Proficient computer skills.

Access Associate
Department: Pulmonology
Hours: Full Time 80 hours biweekly      271-15

Requirements: HS Diploma/equivalent. Experience in healthcare setting and solid communication skill required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Meditech, Care Connect preferred. In a customer service oriented manner, interviews patients and/or their representative to collect required registration data, to include but is not limited to; demographic and financial data as well as obtain required signatures, communicates mandated patient information and verifies all information for accuracy. Process includes but is not limited to insurance verification, obtaining precertification/authorization, co-payment collection and communicating with patient and/or their representative with regards to their financial assistance needs

Access Associate
Department: Radiology Oncology

Painter
Department: Facilities Management

Requirements: Experience in commercial painting, mixing. Is trained and is qualified to handle and use oil and latex paints and supplies. Is trained and is qualified to apply a variety of finishes to a variety of surfaces. Determines materials and supplies required to undertake various related projects. Prepares and refinishes exterior and interior surfaces. Repairs wall damage during normal preventative maintenance inspection. Hand-letters posters, engraves signs, related artwork. Performs artistic layout aspect of various printing project. Assists with snow removal activities.

Financial Analyst

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required. 3-5 years of relevant experience in related field required. Crystal Report Writing, proficient analytical skills with knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, demonstrated understanding of operational statistics, both qualitative and quantitative, proficient Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Access, Power Point, etc. PMM Software and reporting tools desired.

Care Coordinator
Department: Care Coordination
Hours: Full Time 80 hours biweekly              214-15
Weekends: occasional
Requirements: BS in Social work required. Discharge planning and/or utilization review a plus. Insurance billing/knowledge experience. Meditech experience preferred, knowledge of interqual criteria.

Physical Therapist

Two (2) years experience in a customer service environment preferred or comparable educational experience. One (1) year experience in a telephone service environment preferred

Massage Therapist
Department: The Springs
Hours: Part time 0+ hours biweekly                   01-15
Weekends: Yes- 2nd & 3rd Saturday of month
Requirements: NYS Massage Therapist license. Must be able to offer Relaxation/Swedish style massage, Deep tissue techniques and chair massage for a wide variety of clientele. Able to write appropriate SOAP notes for each session. Required to assist with other office and spa duties as needed. Advanced training/certification in other modalities a plus. Must be willing to learn signature treatments. Prior experience in retail, reception, business, marketing or health-related field a plus. 1-2 years experience as a massage therapist preferred.  

Respiratory Therapist
