Access Associate
Department: OP Behavioral Health Clinic

Previous experience in patient registration, scheduling, and telephone reception highly desired. Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel preferred. Meditech experience preferred. Position does require some routine evening hours at least once per week. Must be able to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively in a busy outpatient office

Diet Clerk/Supervisor
Department: Food Service

Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Requirements: NYS RN, BSN or Bachelor’s in other health related field from an accredited educational organization required or must obtain within 3 years upon date of hire. MSN or other health related field preferred. 5 years of previous Acute/Long Term Care/BHN clinical experience. Experience working with regulatory and accreditation systems (DOH, NYPORTS, TJC, IPRO, OMH). Experience with data analysis and QI/PI preferred.

Core Measures Specialist
Department: Performance Improvement
Hours: Full Time 75 hours biweekly              406-15
Weekends: none
Requirements: Knowledge of Meditech (EMR applications), detailed knowledge of Core Measures requirements and ability to abstract required data. Experience with the procedure for submitting data to CMS via the Quality Net portal utilizing the CART Tool.

Practice Manager

BioMedical Technician

Facilities Manager

Requirements: B.S. in Architecture, Construction Management Technology, Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience required. 8 years progressive responsibilities within project management, security, emergency management, and facilities management operations. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in healthcare design and project management preferred. Competent use of CAD and productivity software preferred. Familiarity with life safety codes, building codes, and healthcare regulatory requirements related to the physical environment. Project Management PMI certification preferred. CHFM certification preferred.

Program Secretary

Requirements: BSN/RN with current NYS licensure. 3-5 years progressive Med/Surg – Critical Care Nursing. Previous QI knowledge with PI goal setting, core measures, regulatory compliance and risk management experience. Prefer CPHQ & HACP certifications

Cook/Relief Supervisor
Department: Food Service

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 2-4 years previous experience in related field preferred. Prepare food items and baked goods according to daily assignments. Maintain sufficient supplies of hot and cold foods for daily needs. Assists in food preparation as requested. Maintains the highest level of customer service. Follows all departmental HAACP procedures including logging of all temperatures. Cleans all equipment used in accordance with New York State Sanitation Code, Chapter 1, Part 14. Responsible for attending all scheduled meetings and retaining all In-service information requested. Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Access Associate

Requirements: NYS Massage Therapist license. Must be able to offer Relaxation/Swedish style massage, Deep tissue techniques and chair massage for a wide variety of clientele. Able to write appropriate SOAP notes for each session. Required to assist with other office and spa duties as needed. Advanced training/certification in other modalities a plus. Must be willing to learn signature treatments. Prior experience in retail, reception, business, marketing or health-related field a plus. 1-2 years experience as a massage therapist preferred.
