Eastern Region Clinical Nutrition Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in clinical nutrition with completion of a coordinated program or didactic program and supervised practice program approved by CADE of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)
3-5 years’ experience in health care industry, including acute care with management experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience. Strong analytical, computer and communication skills Registered Dietitian with active registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist (CDN) Certification required.

Access Associate
Department: Physician Billing
Hours: Full Time 80 hours biweekly            144-16
Weekends: none
Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience; 2 years related work experience in healthcare setting, medical office or customer service setting required. Basic computer skills required. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Medical terminology, coding, and insurance experience preferred.

EVS Supervisor
Department: Environmental Services
Hours: Full Time 80 hours biweekly            134-16
Weekends: Every 3rd
Requirements: High School diploma required.
Customer service driven; performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, hallways, common areas and offices; performs terminal cleaning and prepares patient rooms for new occupants; responsible for the collection of medical waste; previous work experience preferred; able to prioritize and follow verbal and written instructions; positive manner in dealing with situations; good judgment; good communication skills.

Registered Dietician
Department: Food Service
Hours: Full Time 80 hours biweekly           118-16
Weekends: As needed
Requirements: B.S. Degree in Nutrition, M.S. degree preferred. Minimum 1-3 years in a healthcare facility preferred. Certification/licensure Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN).

Access Associate
Department: OP Behavioral Health Clinic
Hours: Full Time 80 hours biweekly           360-15
Weekends: none
Requirements: High School diploma required.
Previous experience in patient registration, scheduling, and telephone reception highly desired. Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel preferred. Meditech experience preferred. Position does require some routine evening hours at least once per week. Must be able to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively in a busy outpatient office

Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Requirements: NYS RN, BSN or Bachelor’s in other health related field from an accredited educational organization required or must obtain within 3 years upon date of hire. MSN or other health related field preferred. 5 years of previous Acute/Long Term Care/BHN clinical experience. Experience working with regulatory and accreditation systems (DOH, NYPORTS, TJC, IPRO, OMH). Experience with data analysis and QI/PI preferred.

Core Measures Specialist
Department: Performance Improvement

Requirements: Knowledge of Meditech (EMR applications), detailed knowledge of Core Measures requirements and ability to abstract required data. Experience with the procedure for submitting data to CMS via the Quality Net portal utilizing the CART Tool.

BioMedical Technician

Facilities Manager

Requirements: B.S. in Architecture, Construction Management Technology, Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience required. 8 years progressive responsibilities within project management, security, emergency management, and facilities management operations. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in healthcare design and project management preferred. Competent use of CAD and productivity software preferred. Familiarity with life safety codes, building codes, and healthcare regulatory requirements related to the physical environment. Project Management PMI certification preferred. CHFM certification preferred.

Program Secretary

In a customer service oriented manner, interviews patients and/or their representative to collect required registration data, to include but is not limited to; demographic and financial data as well as obtain required signatures, communicates mandated patient information and verifies all information for accuracy. Process includes but is not limited to insurance verification, obtaining precertification/authorization, co-payment collection and communicating with patient and/or their representative with regards to their financial assistance needs

Prep & Packaging Tech

CT Tech

Massage Therapist
Department: The Springs
Hours: Part time 0+ hours biweekly                   01-15
Weekends: Yes- 2nd & 3rd Saturday of month
Requirements: NYS Massage Therapist license. Must be able to offer Relaxation/Swedish style massage, Deep tissue techniques and chair massage for a wide variety of clientele. Able to write appropriate SOAP notes for each session. Required to assist with other office and spa duties as needed. Advanced training/certification in other modalities a plus. Must be willing to learn signature treatments. Prior experience in retail, reception, business, marketing or health-related field a plus. 1-2 years experience as a massage therapist preferred.  

Respiratory Therapist
